Hi everyone!

We are excited to introduce our first Power Edge Pro (PEP) training sessions, taking place at the Don Shepherdson Memorial Arena on December 28th and 29th, 2025.

Power Edge Pro utilizes Reactive Countering Training™ (R.C.T.) to engage multiple motor skills simultaneously and develop a player’s small area game performance. All R.C.T.™ circuits are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill-based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills.

Dates: December 28th and 29th
Four Groups: Skaters born from 2008 to 2016 (maximum of 18 skaters per group)
Cost: $75 per player

Ice sessions will be 80 minutes in length, and ice times for both days go as follows:

Group 1: 9:00 - 10:20
Group 2: 10:30 - 11:50
Group 3: 12:00 - 1:20
Group 4: 1:30 - 2:50

Parents/guardians will be notified of their child's group two weeks prior to the session start date.

Here’s a quick update on the upcoming 3 on 3 Tournament taking place on September 27-28 in New Liskeard.

The last day to register is this Sunday, September 21.

U9: We will have 4 teams. There are 4 goaltenders and room for 4 more skaters.

U11: We will have 5 teams. There are 5 goaltenders and room for 3 more skaters.

U13: We will have 4 teams. There is room for 4 more skaters. There is 1 goaltender on the waitlist. If there are enough late registrations we can go with 5 teams.

U15: We will have 4 or 5 teams. There is room for 2 more skaters if we go with 4 teams. There are 2 goaltenders on the waitlist.

Melong's Edge Hockey annual fall 3 on 3 is open for registration!

Hi everyone,

We are now accepting registration for the Temiskaming Shores Fall 3 on 3, taking place on September 27-28, 2025 at the New Liskeard arena.

There will be 4 divisions consisting of U9, U11, U13, and U15 players. There will be 4 teams per division with each team being guaranteed 4 games.

A prize will be awarded for the winners of each division.

Registration cost is $80 per player.

In order to have a spot in the tournament, you must complete the Registration Form, Liability Waiver Form, and have paid the registration fee.
