We’ve got answers for your most asked questions!

1. Where are you located?
A: Our classes take place at the Gorilla Dojo in Kirkland Lake.

2. What should I wear to class?
A: Workout clothing is fine! Try to avoid wearing anything too loose - you don’t want to get tangled up with the person you’re paired with! Leggings/shorts and tshirt/rash guards are the best options!

3. Do I need wrestling shoes?
A: For those just starting out, wrestling shoes aren’t required - however, they are recommended!

4. Where can I buy wrestling shoes?
A: jrwrestling.com is the best place to order wrestling shoes from. You can also find them on Amazon! Please feel free to message us if you find you need help with sizing or recommendations!
