YOUTH FITNESS CLASS for ages 8-17

Weekly standing session: Mondays after school at 3:45.

💪🏼keep children/teens active
💪🏼improve sports performance
💪🏼improve overall health and fitness
💪🏼improve self esteem & mental health
💪🏼improved cognitive function
💪🏼reduce stress/anxiety & depression
💪🏼teaches discipline and helps with goal setting

⭐️weight training ⭐️cardio ⭐️agility/ balance ⭐️stretching ⭐️drills ⭐️circuit training ⭐️fitness games ⭐️HIIT

Private one on one sessions available or workout with friends or siblings in groups of 2-3.

All your child needs to participate is running shoes, comfortable clothes, water bottle and a positive attitude.

Strength training is so important for women of every age!
👉Strength training as we age maintains bone density and muscle mass while improving heart health. A strong body is simply more durable. A regular fitness routine is the most important part of longevity and anti aging. Regular exercise plans also help prevent or control diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and obesity. You will also improve mobility and balance as an added bonus.
👉Strength training after babies is so important. Regular exercise can help you recover after baby. It helps strengthen and regain muscle, raises depleted energy levels and can relieve stress and prevent post natal depression. Many moms feel they have no time, no support, no energy or have mom guilt leaving their child. Workout anyways! It will help you be a better, healthier, more energized and self confident mother for your child!
👉Strength training after weight loss is a must. When you lose weight you might see your metabolism drop. This makes it difficult to keep weight off. Adding muscle increases your metabolism while reshaping your body! Adding muscle decreases the look of loose skin from weight loss.
👉Strength training helps you lose weight! It torches calories. Gaining muscle revs up the metabolism to burn more calories even while resting.
👉A regular fitness routine is a great way to keep depression at bay. It increases serotonin, the key hormone of stabilizing mood. It also aids in better sleep and digestion. Blowing off steam working out keeps anxiety levels down and increases self esteem!
👉Many larger women feel intimidated in a gym environment. They may feel self conscious. Some women also believe they need to be in shape to feel comfortable working out with a trainer. This is simply NOT true. My workout space is completely private and non judgmental. You can workout at your own comfort level and work up from there. Everyone needs to start somewhere. You can workout privately or share the cost of a workout with a friend to support you as well.
Take time to take care of yourself! Fully committing to taking care of you body can change your life❣️
