B&C MAY MATCH PLAY TOURNAMNET
Huck it!
This event will be a single knock out elimination tournament, and will be played out over 4 weeks. All matches will take place on Monday Nights at 6 PM, starting on May 6th. Then it will be May 13th, May 20th and finale on May 27th. We are only accepting 16 players for this event, so the first 16 that sign up are in. There will be no divisions, so whoever gets in, gets in.
The cost of play will be $20 dollars each for a total of $320 with the top 3 getting paid. 1st - $160, 2nd - $100 and 3rd - $60.
The 16 person bracket will be set up on the first night May 6th at the course by random draw. Once all matches are set the 16 players will play their match and only 8 will survive. On May 13th the 8 winners will play their next match and only 4 will survive. At this point you have a 75% chance of cashing. On May 20th the top 4 will play their matches. No one will be eliminated this week. The two winners will play for 1st and 2nd, and the two losers will play for the final 3rd place prize on the finale night May 27th.
All water will be played as OB. Flags between hole 1 and 18 will also be in play, and you will be considered OB if on the wrong side. Hole 7 and 17 will also be played as OB. On hole 14 if your disc goes under the platform, you will putt where it went in with no penalty. On hole 16, OB long if in field.
Any player that is not there to start at 6 pm will get a 15 minute grace to start. If there by 6:15, then they will start at hole 1 with no penalty. If they show up between 615 and 645, the match will start at hole 5, and player who was late will be 4 down. If they do not show up or arrive after 645, it will be considered a forfeit.
