PERMANENT PART-TIME HEAD TRAINER / STUDIO LEAD

This role is for someone who wants more than just coaching hours.

You’ll help lead the studio alongside ownership by coaching classes, managing operations, and helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

* Coaching high-energy F45 group training sessions
* Leading and motivating members
* Helping create a strong studio culture
* Scheduling trainers/classes
* Daily social media management
* Member engagement & accountability follow-up
* Assisting with studio organization and operations
* Administrative work (can partially be done remotely/from home)

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong communicator and leader
* Reliable and highly organized
* Comfortable on camera/social media
* Passionate about fitness and helping people
* Takes initiative without being asked
* Previous coaching/training experience preferred
* Availability for evenings + occasional weekends

PART-TIME MORNING & WEEKEND TRAINER

We’re also hiring coaches specifically for:

* Weekday mornings
* Weekend mornings

Perfect for trainers looking for consistent part-time coaching hours inside a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities:

* Coaching F45 sessions
* Demonstrating exercises and correcting form
* Bringing energy and encouragement to classes
* Creating a welcoming environment for all fitness levels

Ideal Candidate:

* Positive and energetic
* Dependable and punctual
* Team-first mentality
* Fitness/coaching experience preferred
* Early morning availability required

March Member of the Month: Pat 🔥

Pat’s consistency, work ethic, and attitude are exactly what this community is all about — and it’s why he’s our Member of the Month for March.

He also made serious gains in our recent Strength Challenge, finishing 2nd overall for Top Male — a huge accomplishment that reflects the effort he brings into every session.

But the real story is in his progress…
When Pat started, he could do one pull-up. Now he’s hitting seven. That kind of growth doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built through showing up, pushing limits, and staying committed.

On top of that, his strength has improved across the board, proving that consistency truly pays off.
