Kingston Sharks Swimming Club The sharks is a competitive swim team dedicated to teaching all aspects of the sport in a friendly, safe environment. Must meet pre-set time requirements.

A swimming club located in the pool of the Kingston Military Community Sports Center in Kingston ON
if you can swim at least 1 length (25 meters) then come check us out! We are made up of five groups:

Shark School:
For swimmers 6 years older who can swim 50m (two standard pool lengths) non-stop and want to learn all swim strokes before competing. Fitness (non-competitive)
For swimmers who maste

r all the strokes but don't want to compete
undamentals (pre-competitive)
This group focusses on fun ways to teach new swimmers basic stroke technique for fitness and competition preperation

Competitive B:
This group is all about refining skills and starting to compete. Swimmers must know all four strokes and be able to meet pre-set time requirements. Competitive A:
This group is geared swimmers who qualify for regional meets. Swimmers will focus on stroke technique and must know all four strokes and meet pre-set time requirements. Senior:
For our most accomplished swimmers. note: if you are not sure where your swimmer fits in? join us for a practice and consult with our coaches (friday preferred)
