National police week has officially ended. I decided to push myself this past week.

Monday- Jiu Jitsu
Tuesday- Jiu Jitsu
Wednesday- Blade training and weapons based grappling
Thursday- Jiu Jitsu
Friday - Muay Thai

Now… I post this only to prove that you CAN fit training in.. this along with hitting the gym 5 days for weight training, shift work, family time etc.. carve out an hour to build hands on skills.

The 1 thing we do daily is put our hands on people, we need to understand how to control people and perform under pressure. Everyone can do it… if I can do it you can do it.

Great course put on by and over this past week! Lots of great concepts and tons of work got done on the mats.

Thanks to you fellas it was awesome training again with you both, and catching up after hours as well. I consider myself lucky to call you friends.
