Worked a teammate drill this morning.. the goal was to work together, communicate and problem solve.

Task, deal with the issues in front of you ( punching bags) by utilizing your Muay Thai striking and MMA to stay safe then work as a team to get a bigger friend out of harms way!

They did awesome 👏

We don’t just teach martial arts we are building values in our youth to make them assets to the community and building confidence to make them strong 💪

Last full day training here Elite Training Center RB . Started early at 6am rolling with a bunch of monsters again … then onto kickboxing, MMA classes and a couple hours of fi****ms training.

Was such a great day here again, 1 more meeting in the morning then back to Canada 🇨🇦.

Day 4 in the books… lots of Muay Thai, conditioning and MMA tonight with my brother Diego Jasso . He’s a beauty we’ve been training together for years since I’ve been coming down here.

Day 3 was awesome! Early morning rolls with these savages .. no easy ones! Into more Muay Thai and MMA classes over the course of the day.

Body is feeling it tonight. Great to see my brothers Bobby Rich and Sam DiMaggio this morning love you dudes.

Day 4 loading in morning for more training. Can’t wait🔥👊

Day 2 … kickboxing, sparring and weapons work all day!! Little break in the afternoon.

So good to connect again with my Elite Training Center RB family, this place always feels like home.

Muay Thai with my brothers Jake & Josh then some awesome sparring fundamentals with TAHRIQ "REDSTEAD" WRIGHT . If your aren’t following that guy you should be he’s a beast 👊🔥

Day 3 will be an early start, time for bed!
