⚾🔹 Promotions and Special Events Coordinator 🔹⚾
- volunteer non-voting member who shall be responsible for:
- organizing special events such as Opening Day, photo day, spring play-offs,
and the annual summer awards banquet.
- working in co-operation with the appropriate Executive members to plan
logistics, promote and implement the required events for the League.
⚾🔹 Scheduler 🔹⚾
- volunteer non voting member who shall be responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining the master schedule for all divisions, teams, practices, and games within the Little League season.
- ensures that fields are utilized efficiently, schedules are fair and balanced, and any changes are communicated clearly to coaches, umpires, and league officials.
- plays a key role in supporting smooth league operations by working directly with the League Secretary, the Vice President of Baseball, and the Vice President of Colts Baseball.
- use the league’s website to post, develop, and manage the full season
schedule for games, practices, and special events across all divisions.

- Teeball- Wednesday or Thursday nights
- Rookie- Monday or Tuesday Nights
- Minor
- Major
- Junior/ Senior
Duties:
- manage the Division within the spirit, rules, and regulations of Little League Baseball and the KBA and act on behalf of coaches to ensure issues and communications are brought to the attention of the Vice President of baseball.
- assist with communications regarding managers/coaches are provided schedules, House League rules, equipment, paperwork and team lists prior to the commencement of the season.
