Hi everyone,

Just a reminder of our Ballroom Dance Social - this coming Friday, 7:00-10:00pm. Bring a friend and join the fun! We'll practice our steps from Waltz, East Coast Swing and Cha Cha... and if you're interested, I could teach you a line dance that fun and easy to follow called "S*x on the Beach"...

Summer is fast approaching, weddings, parties, receptions all around. Come out and practice your steps so that you're comfortable on the dance floor!!

Directions: From 401 & Division, head north on Division (Hwy 10) to Perth Rd, approx 23 km. Up the hill, just past the Perth Rd Village sign turn left on Wilmer Road, approx. 1 km, turn right on Norway Road. We're 3 lane on left #1395.

Please RSVP so I know how much munchies to put out. Please BYOB and Designated Driver - otherwise, I'll have plenty of lemonade and water to keep you hydrated!! If the weather is nice, we might head outside afterwards for s'mores on the campfire!

Good Morning Kingston... Well it seems that people are still checking out Step It Up Dance... so, while I'm more active on Soulful By Design... I'm resurfacing here too... kinda makes sense with the way the energy is working globally right now... review, renew, restore... :)

So what's been happening... teaching ballroom classes with KSSC in Kingston, working on the property - getting it ready for my daughter's wedding reception in August :) and partnering with some great people, doing Reiki Share Fundraisers, wedding couple lessons, Labyrinth Walks (New Moon, Full Moon, no moon ;) ) Of course, Reiki treatments, hot tub dips... mini spa-day retreats with family & friends... all in good fun, good healing and good times!

Speaking of Full Moon's - I'm hosting a Full Moon Labyrinth Walk this evening, starts at 9:00 pm... Arrive early to get your candle (though I suspect you won't need it), greet fellow participants and settle in... Our next event, held tomorrow night entitled "Your Wish Is Your Command"... is a fun, interactive and intuitive way to discover how to manifest your "Wish"... Start with a big life changing wish or perhaps something smaller to get your feet wet... so to speak... either way, you'll discover your story and what you need to do to "make it happen..." The Labyrinth Walk & Talk event was a tremendous success. After walking the Labyrinth, we walked through the Reiki Healing Garden and went inside to share our experiences and enjoy hot beverages. Thank you to everyone who participated.

Registration for upcoming Ballroom Dance classes with KSSC (Kingston Sport & Social Club) are now open. Classes start in January and would make a terrific Christmas gift... Yes, I went there!!! Check out the website for more details and to register!! www.kssc.ca. We've got 2 session to choose from. One to give you a taste of Ballroom - 6 Dances in 6 Classes or our newest class - 10 weeks focusing 3 weeks each on Waltz, East Coast Swing and Cha Cha... with a Dance party to round out the session. And remember, you don't need to bring a partner to join in the fun! Hope to see you there!

The Sport & Social Club offers adults a fun outlet through co-ed recreational sport leagues, outdoor adventure, tournaments, and social events.

Had a great workshop yesterday at the Sydenham Grace Centre. Thank you to everyone who attended and to Lorraine Creighton for her exceptional work in preparing these events. We did a mini Reiki Group treatment and learned how to draw and use a Labyrinth And in the spirit of "giving in order to receive", six of the guests will receive a free 30 min Reiki Treatment. Sharing the love!!! Thank you everyone.

Join me Monday afternoon, (yes, that's tomorrow) 1:30pm at Sydenham Grace Centre. I am a guest speaker in the 6-Week Speaker Series, hosted by the Grace Centre. I will be speaking about my two favourite topics: Reiki-Energy Healing and Labyrniths... What are they, How do they work, and the many Benefits of each. Hope to see you there!!
