Had a fantastic time at Orange Elite VII hosted by down in Syracuse. Got a couple of PR’s and made the podium and qualified for nationals, 2023! Can’t wait to head back next year. Big thanks to for the sponsorship so I can go to these events!

When I started playing footy and training again, this is how I had to play due to knee issues from footy and wrestling training. Now 9 years later, a tad heavier, and since starting Strongman training, I can train without any knee protection. It is amazing the difference Strongman has made to my knees, just don't talk about my back or shoulders, haha.
