Your physical fitness level, interests, personal goals, posture and muscular imbalances are all taken into account when designing a CUSTOM-FIT program intended to provide you SAFE, EFFICENT RESULTS. We believe that ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL so we offer a multitude of services. Your fitness program can be designed for one-on-one private training or group training. Our objective is to offer quality fitness programs that fit your individual needs and budget. Home away from home
Our studio is inviting and immaculate. It feels like a home away from home. Each time you workout with us you are surrounded by friendly faces and warm limestone walls. studio has the convenience of free parking, top of the line equipment and includes both shower and locker facilities. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities and apples are always offered in a bowl at the front entrance. All of this contributes to an atmosphere where you feel part of a community and are well taken care of. Fits Your Schedule
You can choose Private Training, Group Training, Semi-Private Training, Half Hour sessions, Full Hour sessions or a combination of everything. You can work with a trainer on a frequent basis or have a trainer build a personal program that you do on your own, checking in once in a while for program adjustments. What matters is what fits your schedule, your goals, and your budget. Our trainers and facilities are available to you from 6 times a week to once every 6 weeks, or anything in between. For Private Training appointments, a time slot is reserved specifically for you ensuring the accountability needed to help you reach your fitness goals. It’s a great investment, an investment in yourself.

Ready to get back on the water? 🌊🚣

Kayaking with Grant Bradley from Paddle Style is back at Focus this season! After such a great response last year, we’re excited to offer another 6-week series on the Cataraqui River starting May 19.

With just 6 participants per session, these small-group paddles are supportive, social, and hands-on—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence and skills on the water.

Choose from:
☀️ Tuesday mornings (8:00–9:30 AM) — relaxed, club-style paddles
🌅 Tuesday evenings (5:00–7:00 PM) — skill-focused sessions with the option to pursue certification

PLUS:
🚣 Paddle Canada Level One Certification Course
📅 June 27–28

All equipment and instruction are included.
If these times don’t work for you, more sessions will be offered later this summer and into the fall with flexibility based on interest!

Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a personalized, collaborative approach to care—recognizing that no two bodies are the same. She works with clients to tailor each treatment using techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release and cupping to support recovery, optimize tissue health, and help you get back to the activities you love.

Join us at the Physical Activity and Exercise Showcase! ☀️

A variety of Programs, businesses, and Facilities will attend to provide information, demonstrations, and answer your questions on how they can help you attain your physical activity and exercise goals! Providence Cares cardiac rehab team and your fellow cardiac rehab peers will also join the fun. This is a FREE COMMUNITY EVENT with special invitations to all cardiac rehab participants past, present, and future.

The showcase will have a variety of programs, facilities, businesses or other resources with a designated table around the Hall. We invite you to interact with Staff members, peers, and representatives to build your confidence in your physical activity and exercise plan, or catchup and have a good time! Healthy snacks provided :)

👟 Rucking with Randy
Sunday, April 12 to June 28 (12 weeks)
9:30-10:30 – Rucking
10:30-11:15 – Open gym strength circuit
Cost: $175 for one or both

🏃 Focus Athletic Blueprint (FAB) with Gabe
Saturday, April 11 to June 27 (12 weeks)
Youth (ages 9-13) – 9-10am
High School (ages 14-17) – 10-11am
Cost: $155
 
🧘 Yoga with Tracy
Sunday, May 3 to June 21 (8 weeks)
1-2pm
Additional 2:30pm session may open based on interest
Cost: $200 + HST

💪 Foundation Training with Brent
Wednesday, April 15 to May 20 (6 weeks)
Wednesday, May 27 to July 1 (6 weeks)
6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $240 per session
 
🚴 IronStride Youth Cycling Skills

We’re honoured to be part of the Living Well with Heart Failure & COPD event on April 22 — and even more proud that one of our clients will be sharing their story on the panel discussion.

Events like this remind us how powerful community, support, and the right guidance can be when living with heart or lung conditions.

Our team will also be at the Community Resource Fair throughout the evening sharing resources and connecting with attendees.

If you or someone you care about is living with heart failure or COPD, this is a wonderful opportunity to hear from healthcare professionals, community resources, and people with lived experience.

With spring around the corner, we’re doing a little lost & found clean-out. Any unclaimed items will be donated on March 20th, so please check with us next time you’re in if you think you may have left something behind!

We also love that many of you keep a pair of runners at the studio for workouts 👟 If you have shoes stored here but haven’t been in for a while, please pop by to grab them or send us a message to let us know you’d still like us to hold onto them.
