This year’s CORK International / Sail Canada Youth Fest looks to be the best one yet!

Along with competition from across Canada and beyond, Youth Fest will also be an Ontario Sailing Grand Prix finale!

Also join us as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Olympics in Kingston with fun activities and events - stay tuned!

The I14 World Championships are coming to Kingston this August! With historically consistent racing conditions and a world class race management team, you don't want to miss this event!

CORK is looking for more Equipment Team Volunteers!

Have you ever wondered what it takes to host sailing competitions? Well, glad you asked!

CORK owns 16 boats, a mixture of fibreglass and large inflatables that are used as Race Management boats for every event. In addition to our boats, our dedicated Equipment Team maintains all CORK gear, from simple signal flags to a host of electronics and the latest robotic buoys.

We are looking for volunteers interested in learning more about the behind the scenes team that ensures our events take place each summer!🚤 ⛵️

There are many areas to help with - come check it out!

It is with regret that we announce the passing of longtime CORK volunteer, Mike Bowen. A voice of CORK central for so many seasons until his health forced his final retirement, and a large feature of his life in Kingston.

We all talked to Mike as we checked out of harbour and then back again - and Mike made sure that we did so!

Mikes service was such that he was awarded the Tim Irwin Award for Exceptional Service in 2024.

The link to his obituary is below and a memorial service will be held at James Reid Funeral home in Kingston on Thursday January 15th 2-4pm.
