Queen's Recreational Sailing

Queen's Recreational Sailing Queen’s Recreational Sailing Club is an entirely student run club. We offer five 3-hour sessions a week, held Friday to Sunday.

We give quality sailing lessons to students with little to no sailing experience, and to those with more experience too. All our instructors are Sail-Canada-certified, and many of them compete for the Queen’s Varsity Sailing Club. We are based at the Kingston Yacht Club, located minutes from campus and from downtown Kingston. Generally, sessions run Friday from 1:30-4:30, and Saturday and Sunday f

rom 11-2 and 2-5, every weekend from the beginning of September to the end of October. For a modest fee, students can participate in at least one session every weekend, until the end of the season… what a great deal!
