When Diane retired and traded Toronto for Kingston, she wasn't sure what her new normal would look like. She tried yoga first, but it just wasn't the right fit for her.
Then she walked into Momentum Pilates. She felt welcome immediately. No judgment, no pressure, just a community ready to meet her where she was.
Now Diane's a regular and is the first to welcome new people to the studio. She loves her instructors, she loves the other members, and she loves the laughter that fills the studio. Does she complain during class sometimes? Absolutely. 😂 Does she love every minute of it? Also absolutely.

Over two years ago, Hannah walked into Momentum Pilates ahead of hip surgery — and she's been showing up with unstoppable energy ever since!
Her enthusiasm is contagious. She loves the milestone visit stickers she's earned and when we told her she was our July Member of the Month? Let's just say she lost her mind (in the best way possible) 🎉

Happy Canada Day! 🍁 MOMENTUM PILATES is closed on Wednesday, July 1st, so our team can celebrate with family and friends. We will be back to our regular schedule on Thursday the 2nd. See you on our (brand new) reformers soon!

This month, we’re celebrating the wonderful Michele Elliott!

Michele has been part of our studio community for just over a year, and from day one she has brought incredible energy, positivity, and encouragement to every class. Her bubbly personality and contagious laugh make her a joy to be around.
