Over two years ago, Hannah walked into Momentum Pilates ahead of hip surgery — and she's been showing up with unstoppable energy ever since!

Happy Canada Day! 🍁 MOMENTUM PILATES is closed on Wednesday, July 1st, so our team can celebrate with family and friends. We will be back to our regular schedule on Thursday the 2nd. See you on our (brand new) reformers soon!

This month we’re celebrating the wonderful Joanne 💛
Joanne shows up for herself and for her family — joining us once a week for a special Pilates session with her mom, and then carving out time to attend three more classes each week just for herself. That balance of connection and self-care is something we truly admire.
