Dog walking, we who love our pups often go for walks with them. How many of us do the same circuit day in day out?
As for us humans it’s good to switch it up for our pups as well, otherwise we don’t change they don’t change maybe they and we get bored. we get use to a routine same thing day in day out our bodies get use to that and never change. It’s good to change your routine every 3-4 weeks it keeps our bodies guessing that’s when change can happen

Though it might not cross your mind, you need good balance to do just about everything, including walking, getting out of a chair, and leaning over to tie your shoes. Strong muscles and being able to keep yourself steady make all the difference in those and many other things you do every day.

Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.

This becomes even more important as you age, as you age balance can decline so it’s very important to incorporate balance training daily.
It can be as simple as standing on 1 leg when brushing your teeth or doing dishes.
