Thank you for following along on this Dart Fit page! I have had this page running for about two years, in addition to my own personal Instagram page. I feel it’s time to merge the two to better share with you how fitness and health fits into my daily life - sometimes messy, sometimes amazingly, but always fun!
A healthy lifestyle is not just one part of your day to be checked off a list, but rather an overall approach to mindful, healthy living in all aspects (physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual etc) so it’s time to live and show that authentic lifestyle!
