🏒 OPENING WEEKEND IS HERE! 🏒
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

A few important reminders for families as we kick off the season:

Players should attend the ice time for their registered age group.

Please take note of Sunday’s adjusted schedule. Ice times are slightly different to allow time for coach development.

Before heading to the rink, please give all equipment a once-over to make sure everything still fits properly and is safe for play. Neck guards and mouth guards are mandatory.

Players should bring a practice jersey for these sessions. Paladins jerseys will be distributed at a later date that has yet to be determined.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back at the rink and getting another great season underway!

The Hurricanes Hockey Association (HHA) and Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey Association (FHHMHA) have teamed up to host a free clinic for new team officials (coaches, trainers, and managers) on Sunday, 13 September 2026.

The main focus will be to those individuals who will be involved with U9 and below.

The clinic runs in two phases. The morning session is a classroom orientation covering player development and safety, seasonal planning, and team operations, with guest experts contributing.

The afternoon session is an on-ice presentation focused on age-appropriate practice design and instruction.

Our Gananoque neighbours with Next Shift Hockey Canada are hosting a FREE Hockey Equipment Giveaway for players of all ages—from first-time skaters to adult players.

Whether you’re looking for equipment, need a larger size, or have gently used gear to donate, this is a great opportunity to help keep hockey accessible for everyone in our communities.

Fort Henry Heights Minor Hockey is excited to welcome players for the upcoming 2026/2027 season!

Our season begins in September, with practices held out of Constantine Arena in Kingston. Players will benefit from experienced and dedicated coaches, full-ice practices, and a positive environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and fun.

Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the first time or returning for another season, we look forward to seeing new and familiar faces join the Paladins.
