Conquer The Canal - Capital To Capital Challenge Join us on a virtual adventure from Ottawa to Kingston along the historic UNESCO-designated Rideau Canal. Sign-up now!

With the Canal as the backdrop, participants will walk, run, cycle (or any way you like) from our nation's capital to our first capital! Funds raised from this year's Conquer The Canal - Capital To Capital Challenge will go to support Kingston United Soccer Club's current programming and assist familites who may face financial barriers to participating in KUSC's programs and the Kingston food bank
