Feeling very satisfied with this week of training.

Back Squat - 295x1 (93% 1RM)
Bench Press - 210x1 (105% 1RM)
Deadlift - 445x1 (89% 1RM)
4x4 Assault Bike Intervals
Great HRV scores all week. My body isn’t feeling beat up from all the heavy work and my energy levels are consistent.
2 months no alcohol. It’s amazing how even a couple beers on the weekend can destroy sleep and training. Sobriety is a beautiful thing.
I feel sharper than ever as a coach. My excitement for my own training definitely bleeds into my excitement to coach.
Life is good.
