Queen's Swing Dance Club

Join us for beginner lessons and social dancing every Monday evening at the JDUC! QSDC is a student club at Queen’s University.

We provide an amazingly affordable and fantastically fun means of recreation to Queen’s students and members of the Kingston community. Every Monday evening we hold beginner-friendly lessons for Lindy Hop swing dancing. followed by social dancing during the hours after! Looking to get out and dance? Here’s the complete schedule for both QSDC’s summer classes AND the community social dances at Newlands pavilion!

QSDC will be running bi-weekly beginner lessons Mondays in Wallace hall from 7-8pm, with DJ'd social dances afterwards.

Members of the Kingston swing dance community will be hosting social dances at Newlands pavilion 6-8pm on alternate Mondays.

We hope to see you there!

Join QSDC TONIGHT, April 15th, for the next lesson in our specialty Wednesdays series! This week, join Elizabeth for the final part of a three part lesson on Blues!

Elizabeth will be going over several idioms of Blues dancing in this three-part lesson series! Blues is a family of different dance styles (called Idioms) that are done to different styles of blues music.

Admission is $5 for non-members, $2.50 for members, and FREE for those who have purchased our Wednesday series pass.
