Day 17: June Jams with Tiz
Today I draw and move to ‘Just a Cloud Away’ by Pharrell Williams.

The contrast helps us see the good and the beauty and allows us to keep going and focus on the positive in all things and situations.
I wanted to keep drawing/making marks after the song finished. I enjoyed just hearing the sound of the crayons meeting and moving on the paper.

Day 14: June Jams with Tiz
Tonight I draw to ‘Live in the Moment’ by Portugal the Man.

I don’t have my usual phone stand as I’m travelling so I had to create a makeshift stand with the lamp here in my room in Lisbon.

Enjoy my process friends. This experience always shifts my energy. Give it a try and let me know how it feels. Just allow your crayons, markets, pastels, paints etc to dance to the music across your paper and feel the freedom of the present moment.

Day 9: June Jams with Tiz
Today I draw to The Safety Dance by Men Without Hats

Please let me know if you dance or if you know any of our youth that dances.
I don’t think this generation dances like my generation did.
All of our ancestors danced.

Today the fear of being recorded is leaving us with a generation of young people that don’t dance.
Dancing is therapeutic. It helps release any stored emotions in the body. It’s social when we’re dancing with others and it’s just plain old fun when we dance alone.

I like to dance in my kitchen and if anyone is up to go dancing, please let me know. I’m up for a dance party anytime!

Enjoy this process. Then go dance The Safety Dance. It is safe to dance. 🕺💃
