Flatlanders PDRA weekend ended up being a success for the S&L Racing crew!

Saturday started off a little bit rocky for both Brad and Stetson as Brad figured out a whole new proper set up and Stetson ended up with a broken chain in his heat.

Brad went from 3 to 5 in heat one and then 4 to 5 in heat two and then went from 1 to 4 in the feature.

Sunday we had our redemption day! Brad went from 3 to 4 in heat one and then 4 to 6 in heat two but the feature he held the pole position for 3/4 of the race and then Jason was able to squeeze by and Brad ended up second! He then was third place start for the dash for cash for the PDRA and ended up third and in the money!!

Stetson on Sunday ended up 4th in the heat and the feature!! A complete 180 difference to his racing last year, going out and practicing with his best buddy Jolan has done him wonders and boosted his confidence big time!!

A HUGE thank you to Terry Davidson for the countless hours on the phone on our late nights in the shop getting this thing ready and then the hours and hours of conversations while we were in Minot and Estevan last weekend!

Twas a wee bit dusty this weekend in Outlook but it was beautiful weather and good company. A good weekend to get the car out and get a feel for everything again!
