🦾🦾🦾🦾Congratulations to Jeff L. for completing his 1500th session 🦾🦾
Jeff and Dawna Lee embody one of the most important facets of building fitness, which is consistency and determination. ⚡
I know that when I get to work to open up the gym at 4:45am for the first 5:15am session, I need to get ready for Jeff to show up ready for his warm-up routine. Regardless of the crazy and fun movements we have set up, he gets the job done with intensity, quiet discipline and focus. His work ethic and consistency is inspiring and motivates me to get my workout in after a long bout of coaching because they put in the work before most of us are awake.

As a member of Fit body for ~10 years, Christa has been putting in the work! She remembers a time where she couldn't believe how people could bring their hips off the floor when doing side planks (or wake up early and do their workouts in the morning)! 🤯
Now she has been part of several Fit body competitions, lifts extremely respectable weights with solid technique and is part of the 6:00AM >1000 session crew, pushing each other and having lots of fun 😈
When asked about her sage advice to newer members, she talked about the importance of showing up even if you're recovering from an injury or don't feel strong in certain movements. We will always find modifications or adjustments to gradually ramp up the intensity and get you fitter and stronger than before!
These milestones highlight the underrated and not "flashy" part of fitness, which is consistency. While our fitness journeys will look different for everybody, they always start with that first step into the gym. Let's get excited and put in the work, one session at a time!
