One of my clients completed her 3-month reassessment, and the results were exactly what we hoped to see.
✔ Increased muscle mass
✔ Reduced body fat
✔ Increased BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
And no, there were no extreme diets, detoxes, or hours of cardio involved.
The formula was actually pretty simple:

🥚 Protein at the right times throughout the day
🚶♀️ Healthy habits outside the gym
