Well we're full for summer Hockey Training . The Celtic Training Centers members have been demolishing crazy hard workouts the past few weeks and we're all seeing great fitness gains. If you are looking to get challenged and improve all components of your fitness we can help you get hooked!!! CrossFit challenges all areas and body parts. It finds your weeknesses and improves them. Unlike most forms of exercise, CrossFit works on EVERYTHING!!!! Strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, explosiveness, flexibility and mental toughness. No other workout covers so many components of fitness.

A HUGE THANK YOU, to all our loyal members and all our new members for joining. Supporting local is such an important thing, especially this year. We have been blessed with loyal members the whole year. Thanks for sticking with us. There are so many people in Killarney that are benefiting from belonging to Celtic Training Center. 4 new people took the plunge this week and joined our workouts. One was a runner who thought she was in shape until she finished a couple training sessions with us. Three others were tired of doing nothing about their fitness and wellness and getting the same results. Don't be afraid to try something that is new and "hard". You will thank yourself for it. "If you keep doing what you are doing, you will keep getting what you are getting " . Look at our long time member Wendy. She can out train most people half her age. Why?? Because she shows up every day and works her butt off. There's no magic recipe folks!!

Workouts on the go have been a HIT these last few weeks. We have been rolling out fun, and super challenging workouts every day. Last week we had a challenge to complete 5 insane days of training in a row, and many members stepped up and nailed it!! 3 more people joined us again this week and committed to improve their fitness and mental health. This is why crossfit is so amazing and produces such incredible results. This is the Cardiovascular benefit one of our members gained from the "Rusty Nail " workout last night.
