👉🏻 What is it ??
STRENGTH!!! (Less cardio, more strength)
This class is powered to build your strength whether you are a beginner or not 💪🏻
We use various sizes of free weights (dumbbells) added to different exercise sequences that focus on lower body, upper body and our core to improve our overall strength.
As a beginner, start with light weights and we promise you will start to increase them over time.
The exercises are all demonstrated and lead by our instructor - DEB!!!
Reps are slow and controlled so you can follow through.
This is a great class to start and continue to build your strength !!

Strength training plays a HUGE role in our overall health from increasing our bone density 🦴 leading to stronger bones as we age, also aids in increasing muscle mass to help protect ✨ our bones and joints, and of course our cardiovascular health will benefit as well ❤️
