Another Youth Class today at 4:00 with Coach Dani!

Bring a gi belt (wear it or keep one off to the side), she will be showing some tying and stretching tricks today! 🥋 Its best to have a training partner for one part of the class, but a stuffed animal and the ability to modify is also fine :)

Non members are welcome, although some experience is recommended - if there is someone in the household with experience that can assist, that would be best :)

Did you catch us on TV the other day? Global News put out a great feature about Rumble Martial Arts and our online classes that we are running during this self-quarantine time! Our Bootcamp classes and kids classes are running very well right now, although we can't wait for this to be over so we can start teaching in person again!
Comment below or message us if you have any interest in participating in our FREE Zoom classes! Experience is recommended for some classes but not absolutely neccesary :) AND, if you have already participated, post a photo of you working hard or a screenshot of your Zoom class with hashtag so we can keep the motivational vibes going!
