Lake Simcoe Watersport Rentals (LSWR) is a personal watercraft (PWC) rental provider located on Lake Simcoe, serving both Georgina and Innisfil surrounding areas. Lake Simcoe is a beautiful destination to enjoy the summer months to share an exciting experience to visitors and residents alike!

Job description

Assist guest(s) with their personal watercraft rental
Ensure all waiver forms are properly signed and stored
Explain proper safety protocols/guidelines to all guests to ensure a thorough understanding of any-and-all risks associated with riding a PWC
Provide personal floatation devices and various safety items to customers, and collect after trip
Ensure all riders know, and are aware of, the safety protocols/guidelines laid out within the waiver
Excellent customer service skills
Time oriented
Follow company policies and procedures
Additional duties as required

Skills required:

Boating and PWC experience required
Knowledge of water safety
Strong swimmer – knowledge of Red Cross lifesaving an asset
Outgoing, motivated and positive attitude
Enjoy dealing with the public
Great verbal communication skills
Responsible and reliable
Lift a minimum of 50lbs, if required – pushing jet skis into water.
Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions, such as heat, wind and/or surprise rain
Open availability
Boating licence is required
First aid trained is an asset

Please remember: This is a physically demanding job. You will be required to kneel, bend, push and pull at times.
