FLUENT ALARM CUSTOMERS
If you are considering canceling your contract, they will inform you they require 30 days notice. This allows them time to make sure contract requirements are made. If an automatic payment is due within that 30 days, you have to pay it.
HOWEVER, they debited our account for another month and sent invoice for a third month. I was in contact with them and was waiting for a refund they were sending. Still waiting for refund BUT put stop payment on future withdrawals. Seven calls and being transferred between Fluent and API🤦🏻‍♀️. Bank said they have a few customers that are having the same problem.
**Save the hassle and put a stop payment on your account after 30 days.**
