Shiro Tora Karate Club Training will include: self defense, breaking techniques, fitness and exercise. Practice in Shukokai, Karate testing as per Sh*to Ryu grading syllabus.

Instructors: Grand Master Sensei Dave Adams - 6th Degree Black Belt
Sensei April Adams - 3rd Degree Black Belt, Senpai Adam Dalton - 1st Degree Black Belt, Senpai Alex Hatt - 1st Degree Black Belt

Style: Sh*to-Ryu Shukokai Spaces are limited. First time registration fee - $50
$10 per class

A huge congratulations to Sensei Ian MacLaren, who was awarded his 7th Dan at the KUGB National Championships in Nottingham on May 17, 2025.

Sensei MacLaren started training in 1964 in York, which ignited an insightful and inspirational journey.
