LOOKING FOR EARLY RISERS
If you like to start your day with a workout, we have THREE memberships available in our 5:30AM Group Training sessions.

Sessions are limited to 10 members, daily programming is suitable for all fitness levels, and a coach is on hand to guide the workouts.

We train Monday to Thursday and monthly fees are $115 (hst incl) for unlimited, reserved sessions.

MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE
Starting February 1, we have a limited number of memberships available for new, or retuning members, to join our Group Training sessions:
5:30AM (3 available)
6:30AM (1 available)
4:30PM (2 available)

Group sessions are limited to 10 participants. All programming is provided by daily email and coach is on hand to guide the sessions. Key Access is also available to qualified members.

Monthly fees are $95, for up to eight sessions a month, and $115 for unlimited training (HST included.)
