Love the free weight unilaterally motion on this shoulder press. Making it so much easier on the joint for people with problem shoulders this is fully adjustable.

Thought this would be interesting piece to get, no more awkwardly kicking the dumbbells up to starting position for your shoulder press. Pretty sure that’s how I messed up my shoulder by over rotation off a bad kick up.
