U11 FAMILIES: Note that the break down of groups for the development and evaluation skates will be circulated later in the evening on Sunday or Monday morning at the latest, following the U11 Thistles AA team selection. Please save the date/time for both skates and await instructions from your board rep and convenors. Lake of the Woods Minor Hockey is exploring a new brand identity and logo, and your input is needed!

A strong, consistent brand helps to attract players, fans and sponsors AND most importantly - builds community pride!

Parents please be sure to engage your players in this brief activity!

Prior to our players hitting the ice for evaluation skates, a completed Shift Forward program needs to be associated with their Spordle account.

This is a mandatory online education course developed by Hockey Canada as part of its The Shift Forward: Evolving Hockey Culture initiative. It is designed for parents and guardians of youth hockey players and aims to promote a safer, more respectful, and positive hockey environment.
