Now in our ninth year proudly serving our community, Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space, specializing in personal training as well as regular and specialty group fitness programs for all ages and all fitness levels. We offer private and semi-private training, small group fitness, spin/pump and pedal classes, specialty programs (youth fitness, Fit4Life, Parent & Ba

by, sport conditioning), and program design by our dynamic training team of five! Our Philosophy:

Registration is still open for the summer Youth Power Hour (Ages 11-17) and Youth Fitness (Ages 7-12) programs at Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio.

Classes are Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 4 pm for the older group and 5 pm for the younger group.

The summer block begins June 23rd and ends September 3rd, 2026.

In today’s digital age, it’s more important than ever to encourage children and teens to stay active. Youth fitness classes provide a fun and structured way for kids to build strength, improve coordination, and develop lifelong healthy habits.

Why Youth Fitness Matters:

Regular physical activity is essential for a young person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Exercise helps:

A) Develop strong bones and muscles
B) Improve cardiovascular health
C) Enhance coordination and balance
D) Boost confidence and self-esteem
E) Reduce stress and anxiety
F) Improves focus and mental clarify which in turn can boost academic success

What to Expect in our Youth Fitness and Youth Power Hour programs:

Both of our programs are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and safe. Depending on the class, activities may include but are not limited to:

A) Agility drills and obstacle courses
B) Strength training with body weight and some equipment (under the guidance of experienced and certified trainers)
C) Flexibility exercises for balance and mindfulness
D) Fun and engaging fitness related games and challenges.

Youth fitness classes are a great way to keep kids active, social, and healthy. Our community has so much to offer our youth. Whether your child is a budding athlete or just looking for a fun way to stay moving, there’s a class out there to match their interests and energy level.

Start them young, keep them active, and help them build a foundation for a lifetime of wellness!

We're excited to share that our very own Coach Rebecca will be teaming up with Coach Shaquille from Functional Performance Fitness in Smiths Falls to take on the Throwdown on the Rideau CrossFit competition today! 💪🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

The event is being hosted by our amazing friends and neighbors at CrossFit Kemptville, and we couldn't be more excited to see local coaches coming together to celebrate strength, teamwork, and community.

Calling all mommas!

Get ready to lift more than just your little one. Registration is NOW OPEN for the next block of Squats 'N Tots (mommy & baby fitness) classes at Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio!

From baby bumps to bicep curls, this isn’t your average play group or stroller walk. It’s a full-body, feel-good, baby-friendly workout where planks meet pacifiers and lunges meet lullabies.

When?
The block will begin June 30th and run until August 6th, 2026. That is 6 Tuesdays and/or 6 Thursdays.

Where?
Right here with us at Get Cronk’d in the heart of downtown Kemptville, where the only thing more motivating than a good workout is a baby giggle.

Whether you're looking to rebuild strength, meet other amazing mamas, or just get out of the house, have some fun, and move, this class is for YOU.

The Fit4Life 50+ Active Ageing program at Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio is truly a wonderful program. It is in fact our most popular one. The classes run Monday through Saturday at 11:00 a.m..

The following is a brief outline of the program content:

Fit4Life 50+ Active Ageing sessions are low impact with a focus on building strength in movements done during activities of daily living. All the exercises can be modified as necessary based on the mobility/strength level of the participant. Participants work mostly with body weight unless an extra challenge is required, then weights would be added to the exercises.

The studio itself is right in the heart of downtown Kemptville. It is a bright, welcoming, and judgement free space. All of our trainers are completely certified and experienced fitness professionals.

The summer block begins June 23rd until August 29th.

Classes are 45 minutes in length. Spaces are limited and we always require a minimum of 4 registered participants in order to proceed with a block of classes. Participants are locked into whichever day/days they choose. There are no makeups, reschedules, or refunds for missed classes. If a participant is unable to make it into a class they always have the option of attending virtually via Zoom.

The cost for the Fit4Life program varies depending entirely on how many days and which days of the week you choose (due to statutory holidays).

All pricing reflects a Seniors' discount.
