Registration is still open for the summer Youth Power Hour (Ages 11-17) and Youth Fitness (Ages 7-12) programs at Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio.
Classes are Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 4 pm for the older group and 5 pm for the younger group.
The summer block begins June 23rd and ends September 3rd, 2026.
In today’s digital age, it’s more important than ever to encourage children and teens to stay active. Youth fitness classes provide a fun and structured way for kids to build strength, improve coordination, and develop lifelong healthy habits.
Why Youth Fitness Matters:
Regular physical activity is essential for a young person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Exercise helps:
A) Develop strong bones and muscles
B) Improve cardiovascular health
C) Enhance coordination and balance
D) Boost confidence and self-esteem
E) Reduce stress and anxiety
F) Improves focus and mental clarify which in turn can boost academic success
What to Expect in our Youth Fitness and Youth Power Hour programs:
Both of our programs are designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and safe. Depending on the class, activities may include but are not limited to:
A) Agility drills and obstacle courses
B) Strength training with body weight and some equipment (under the guidance of experienced and certified trainers)
C) Flexibility exercises for balance and mindfulness
D) Fun and engaging fitness related games and challenges.
Youth fitness classes are a great way to keep kids active, social, and healthy. Our community has so much to offer our youth. Whether your child is a budding athlete or just looking for a fun way to stay moving, there’s a class out there to match their interests and energy level.
Start them young, keep them active, and help them build a foundation for a lifetime of wellness!
Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio's Youth programming is now in its 10th year and we are proud to offer a safe, welcoming, and inclusive studio space. Each of our trainers is fully certified and experienced.
