A 5-Week Halloween Pole Choreography Mini-Series

Something strange is happening at Sunshine... 🧪💀

Step into a spooky experiment-gone-wrong routine blending pole choreography, floorwork, musicality, and theatrical movement. Together we'll explore how movement, expression, and storytelling can bring a creepy concept to life as everything slowly descends into chaos... ☣️👻

🎃 Thinking about performing in the Halloween Showcase?

Want to perform but don't want to do it alone? Choreography not your thing? Students who are interested will have the option to perform this routine as a group at our Halloween Showcase on October 25th!

Emily will also work with interested performers throughout the series to clean the routine, build confidence, and get it stage-ready.

✨ Showcase participation is completely optional. Come creep, crawl, and choreo just for fun!

🌻 Getting Older Is Mandatory. Staying Strong Is a Choice. 🌻

🌻 I TURN 50 TODAY!!! 🌻

And honestly?

It’s made me think a lot about my future self.

Not about getting older.

About staying strong.

I want to be able to travel.
Carry my own luggage.
Play with future grandkids.
Go for long hikes. (Everest Base Camp in May next year! 🏔️)
Pole dance.
Climb.
Move freely.

Because as we get older, maintaining our strength, bone health, balance, and mobility becomes increasingly important.

That’s one of the reasons I continue to train Aerials.

Not because I’m trying to be 25 again!

Because I want to be strong at 60.
Capable at 70.
Independent at 80.
Still thriving at 90.
Walking on my own at 100.

And that’s what Active Aging means to me.

It’s not about looking younger.

It’s about giving your future self the best chance at a life that is strong, capable, mobile, independent, and FUN. 🌻

It’s never too late to start.

Whether it’s Pole Dancing, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Stretch & Mobility, or simply finding a new way to move your body, every step you take today is an investment in your future self.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal isn’t looking a certain way.

The goal is quality of life.

Keep moving.
Keep challenging yourself.
Keep building strength.
Keep doing the things that make you feel alive. 💛

Our next Beginner Aerial Silks session is now open for registration, and we'd love to welcome you into the world of aerials! 🧵✨

This class is designed specifically for beginners and will teach you the foundational skills needed to safely build strength, confidence, coordination, and aerial technique.

Do you have a little monkey who loves to climb, swing, hang upside down, and burn off energy? Our Mini Monkeys Aerial Program (Ages 6–8) is the perfect place for them to build confidence, strength, coordination, and friendships while having a whole lot of fun! 🙃✨

Looking for a fun, active, confidence-building activity for your child this fall?

Registration for our Fall/Winter Youth Aerial Programs is now open to the public! 🎉

Our 18-week sessions give youth the opportunity to build strength, coordination, flexibility, confidence, and friendships while learning a variety of aerial apparatus in a supportive and encouraging environment.
