Only 1 spot left in our youth summer camp for the week of July 6th, and a few spots still available for the August 4-7th camp.

☀️🌻 AERIAL YOUTH SUMMER CAMP IS BACK! 🌻☀️
Let your youth let loose, make new friends, and hang upside down with us for a week of sunshine fun 🙃✨

We have two camp options this summer:
🎪 WEEK 1: July 6–10, 2026 (5 days) - ONLY 1 SPOT LEFT
💛 $325 + tax

We’re still finalizing the exact schedule, but daily activities will include:
🌀 Hoop
🧵 Silks
🧘‍♀️ Hammock
💪 Pole Fitness / Silkies / Fly Pole
🎨 Colouring, crafts, and quiet chill time (reading)
💃 Dance parties
🎤 Karaoke and singing
🍎 Morning and afternoon snacks provided
🩰 Non-aerial dance (musical theatre style)
✨ Possible bonus activities (parents will be notified in advance):
🛌 PJs, popcorn, and movie time (in studio)
🏊 Swim trip (Kemptville Pool)
🌳 Park outing (Riverside Park)
🍱 Please note: Youth must bring their own lunch.
🥜 Our studio is not peanut free, so please let us know if your child has any peanut allergies.

Our Youth Summer Drop-Ins are now live in the schedule! ☀️🎪

These classes are a fun way for youth to stay active, keep practicing their aerial skills over the summer, and stay connected with their Sunshine friends 💛 These youth drop-in are an open gym time, and youth can select the apparatus of their choice. An instructor will be there for guidance and spotting, but it will not be an instructional class like the regular youth program.

✨ Summer Drop-In Details
🗓 Sundays at 10:00 AM
📅 9 classes total starting Sunday, June 28th

No class:
❌ August 2nd
❌ September 6th

💲 Pricing Options:
• $25 + tax per drop-in class (if your youth is a membership holder, it is included in their membership)

⚠️ Important Summer Update:
Due to low attendance last summer, there will be a minimum registration requirement of 2 youth students for class to run. If fewer than 2 youth are registered, the class will be cancelled 1 hour before class time, so please check your email before heading to the studio.

We wanted to give families lots of notice so you can plan accordingly 💛

Have you ever wanted to try pole fitness but weren't sure where to start? This is your sign! 🌻

Our next Intro to Pole Fitness session starts Tuesday, June 30th at 8:00 PM, and it's designed specifically for complete beginners.
☀️ Need to miss a class because of summer plans? No problem! If you unregister at least 3 hours before class, you'll automatically receive a makeup credit.

💛 No experience required
💛 Learn foundational pole skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment
💛 Build strength, confidence, flexibility, and coordination
💛 Meet amazing people and have fun while getting fit
