For online training, I would like to extend a 6 week home based program with meal plan and cardio protocol. I can use very little equipment to get the job done. I will also be adding a weekly face time appointment to help encourage and stay connected. This is a 1 time offer as its reduced in cost by 25% but you can use this offer as a gift certificate or for yourself. There is no time limit to start however I am offering it to 6 new clients only.

Its mid Jan and some people are falling off the health train. Gyms are a little less crowded, and the winter blues are starting to settle in as the Christmas credit card statements arrive. 💳 🔗
January has two meanings in the same month.
1. Hope and new beginnings
2. Winter blues, lack of sunlight and lack of motivation .

For those who believe it's a fresh start, pause for a moment when you feel a little behind and remember why you started and what your end goal is. Drive through the plateaus because this IS your year. Every step is progression! 👟👟💪
For those who suffer from S.A.D. ( seasonal affective disorder ) get in that vit D supplement of about 6-7000 per day. Sit near a window when you can and feel the hot sun coming through. Continue your gym journey as it releases endorphins that make you happy. Eat a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits and be mindful of your health when it comes to diet. Garbage in, garbage out.🗑
Find a gym partner or coach to help keep you motivated. Not everyone can afford a holiday in the sun so create your own adventure by taking proper care of yourself. Hot Epsom salts baths, home spa treatments and catching up on some good reading are some of the self care treatments I find effective. 🛁
My trick? I wear bright colors and play upbeat music when I workout. I focus on the positive of each day and always try to have fun with my clients. Even in the bakery which is pretty sterile looking, I crank the tunes and sing out loud. Life is hard yes, but becoming consumed by negativity and self sabotage only makes it worse.

Fad diets dont work in the long run . When I was a runway model , brown rice and veggies had me looking like the hanger the clothes came on. I worked the runway with confidence feeling amazing in the clothes ,however I was weak, bony and didnt look good in a swim suit. I had no shape. .
When i quit modeling , i went back to my gym life , ate protein , carbs and veggies . I lifted challenging weights with moderate rest and only did light cardio .
I was almost the same weight a year later , but had more energy, slept better , and rocked my swim suit because I had curves and muscle definition. My other body had used its muscle for energy and stored the minimum amount of calories as fat because I was in such a deficit. My agent didn't want any muscle definition showing. We all looked hollow and our cheek bones were very defined as we had no facial volume. Makeup does wonders from the neck up. Under those clothes was a starving young girl with a boy like figure. .
The scale suggests that skinny fat is what a woman wants . If the scale doesn't drop then we are not changing for the better. .
I'm in my off season as a competitor and have put on 6 lbs ( 4 lbs are of muscle ). My clients dont believe I've gained weight because I've put on muscle and it's more dense then fat. I have to show them that my scale merely suggests that my body is changing for the better and my growth is in all the right places. .
Trust the process and dont fight your body with the lies of a 20 dollar scale . Follow the plan. Stay honest with yourself about what you are contributing to your journey . Your health, your decisions, your results. .

I wear many hats. My job requires me to be upbeat, uplifting and encouraging while pushing and challenging my clients to perform with excellence. These eyes have seen many things. They are the window to my soul and allowing clients to see my vulnerability and imperfection through my transparency creates a unique working relationship. We learn and we teach one another through this journey called life. Sharing a common ground within the gym , we are able to meet in the middle and get real with goals, life changes and adversity.
Our eyes say alot about us and if you look deep enough they tell a story 📖
