π HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN CRUST PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb Ground Chicken
2 Whole Eggs
170g Low Fat Cheese
60g Turkey Pepperoni
200g Marinara Sauce
Seasonings
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (204Β°C)
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground chicken
2 whole eggs
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Mix until fully combined into a uniform mixture.
Step 3:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
(If you donβt have any, lightly coat with cooking spray)
Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the baking sheet, forming a flat pizza crust shape.
Step 4:
Bake crust for 25 minutes
Step 5:
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes
Step 6:
Top with:
Marinara sauce
Low fat cheese
Turkey pepperoni
Step 7:
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Step 8:
Remove and let stand for 5 minutes
Step 9:
Slice into 8 equal pieces and serve
