You donโt need a new year. You need a new decision. โ
If you are busy, tired, juggling kids, life, work, snacks, emotions, all of it, this is still for you.
Here are some thing I did to started in a way that sticks:
1. Make it ridiculously small
Think 5 to 10 minutes. Not an hour. Not perfection. Just movement you can repeat.
2. Attach it to something you already do
After coffee, after school drop off, while dinner is cooking. Same trigger every day.
3. Stop waiting for motivation
Motivation shows up after you start, not before. Action first, mood later.
4. Pick workouts or ways to move that do not drain you
If it feels like punishment, you will quit. If it feels doable, you will continue.
5. Aim for consistency, not intensity
3 short workouts a week will beat 1 intense week followed by burnout.
If you are thinking โI should start againโ this is your sign.
I am always posting easy, realistic workouts you can do at home that actually fit into mom life, not fight against it. ๐
Come move with me, you do not have to do this perfectly, just do it messy and real.
