The photo on the left was the first EVER progress picture I sent to a coach and I can't believe I am putting it on social media. HOWEVER - I want to be transparent with you all! As many of you know, I played hockey for 17 years - this girl THOUGHT she had a hockey b***y but I was wrong. Hockey helped me get the b***y I have today, but I have worked damn hard over the past year and a half for it too! 💪🏻💦 The photo on the right was this morning & I SEE SOME GLUTE/HAMMY TIE INS!!!! 😆

Amazing transformation by - she was working with another coach and having a really terrible prep. He was just driving her into the ground - when I first started working with her I cut her cardio in half, upped her carbs and fats and got her to lift heavy and focus on progressive overload, the result is this transformation 8 weeks later. Cute little top set on leg press today. It called for 20 reps@10rpe. Orange bands and 9 plates and 3/4 here for a tough 20 here. I think I could of probably pushed 1-2 more out but this leg press doesn’t have a safety so it’s kind of sketch pushing true 10rpe here. Thing is I love that old cybex leg press so i just keep using it lol. Really lifting with intention here and feeling really good again. Last month or so has been riddled with injuries so it’s nice to finally be close to 100% and finish this last 2months strong
