Friends of the jungle. This one shed his skin and left it behind for us to find. Like a snake Who sheds old layers as it grows this reminder us shed behind anything not serving us on our path.

Scorpion symbolism arrives to let you know that you can always find light in the darkness. Thus if you positively channel your energy and passions, you will soon be able to sense which directions are appropriate for you.

We found this little guy growing all on her own, planted herself in the dirt and Thriving living outside of the Box. So much we can learn from these beautiful plants!

We are going Bananas!! 🙈🙉🙊

We have been walking past this field of bananas every day, and could see it going untouched. So we found out whos land it was and offered to help!!

There is alot of land and fruit trees around that already has so much amazing food growing on it, but Just like us.. needs some maitenance and Love to Thrive!

We got 15 racks of Bananas 🍌🍌 today which we get to share with the land owners, helped out a neighbor, and gave some love to pachamama. 🌱

Who needs Bananas!? 🍌😀🍌

The food we eat is one of the most Important and accesible Medicines we can put into our bodies.

This delicious smoothie bowl is our favorite way to start the Day of right. Full of local fruits and herbs, all the healthy essential nutrients, and immune boosters to help give our bodies what they need to thrive!

So easy to make and So yummy!!

Ingredients 2 servings

Smoothie base

3 frozen bananas
Half cup chopped papaya
Half a mango
Teaspoon raw ginger
Teaspoon raw tumeric
Seeds from 1 cardamom pod
Tablespoon powdered moringa and reishi mix
Cinamon

Toppings

Raw oats
Quarter cup of chopped papaya
Half a mango
Peanuts
Chopped dates
Drizzle of local honey
Love

Had so much fun practicing and playing with with .ino!

Often you dont know what you can achieve until you try! Its when you can step outside out your comfort zone great things happen. Maybe you feel too busy, fearful or "not good enough" but you can really find lifes greatest gifts when you let go of whats keeping you down and start living your truth and honoring some your wiser inner childs desires! Live with playfulness and curiosity. Let go of your excuses and start following your passions and dreams anything is possible! Keep trying no matter how far away or impossible it may seem!!

Thanks for showing me i can to new hights and do what 6 months ago i wouldve thought impossible!
