Hello Elle Fitness Family!
This year for Mother's Day I want to start a new tradition and donate Arbonne FC5 shower sets (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) to Karis society, specifically their Karis Village.
Karis and has fully supported, semi-independent and independent residences for women who might be experiencing high-risk pregnancies and/or need the support to move forward into a more positive lifestyle. Karis Support Society is dedicated to providing a safe environment where recovery from addictions and attention to personal needs will provide the women with an opportunity for healthier pregnancies and a chance to parent their children in a supported environment.
Karis Village is for women who are pregnant or have children and need safe housing, good medical care, and support for themselves with hope for the future. Karis Society serves to bring “love into action”

This cause is especially near and dear to my heart, as I have my own baby and have seen people close to my heart struggle in similar circumstances with addiction. Thank God for places like Karis Society, truly.
If you’d like to join me in embracing these mamas, this is what you can do: give a gift of $50 (or split it with a friend), which will provide one mom with Arbonne’s pure and safe FC5 Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Cleanser for Mother’s Day. This cleanser is my personal favourite as it fills the shower with the fragrance of strawberry, kiwi, and mango. To be clear, this is at my consultant discount and I will cover the extra cost of shipping.

This coming month (May) I am offering a FREE whole body 10-20min workout 3x week with the main focus being core(abs)!

A few clients and I are quitting sugar for 3 weeks, no sugar allowed of any kind aside from natural fruit! This is to boost energy and build a love of real food! Join us!
