Last weekend, a bunch of our FYP crew took on the challenge of the Backyard Ultra in Merritt to raise money for

For those who don’t know, a Backyard Ultra is simple… but brutal 😅 .. You run a loop (6.7K) every hour, on the hour, until there’s only one person (or team) left. No set finish line. Just grit, mindset and the ability to keep showing up when your body and brain want to quit.

What makes us proud isn’t just the distance covered or the hours completed. It’s seeing everyone step outside their comfort zone and try something hard. Support each other through the highs and lows, and prove to themselves they’re capable of more than they thought!💪🏼

So proud of every single one of you that signed up, showed up and embraced the challenge!!
A big thank you also to everyone that cheered us on, sent good vibes our way .. and especially to David for organizing such an awesome event!!!

We will be back next year 😀

Murph is more than just a workout; it’s a challenge, a tradition and a reminder of what we’re capable of when we come together!

Yeah, it’s challenging… 😈
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

But it’s also one of the coolest days in the gym. Everyone shows up, cheers each other on, suffers a little together and gets through it side by side.

Whether you go RX, scaled, split it with a partner or this is your very first Murph, you belong here!! That’s what makes it so special.

It’ll be hard, sweaty and honestly a lot of fun!! Hahah (Always FUN 😉)

Come hang out on Monday! 9am and 10:15am classes! Let’s gooo 🔥

Age Group SemiFinals: 5 brutal workouts later and these ladies left it all out there 🔥

Thank you to everyone who reached out and came to cheer them on, especially our FYP Fam for all the support this weekend. We truly have the best community!!

Current leaderboard standings (still under review):
🌎 Renee — 54th worldwide in 35–39
🌎 Lacy — 99th worldwide in 45–49

Proud of the way they showed up, fought through every workout and represented FYP with heart.

POWERLIFTING SERIES IS BACK 💪🏼

This 6-week series is all about getting stronger in the big 3: back squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Expect plenty of accessory work, structured strength progressions and a strong focus on technique.

No CrossFit experience needed! This is a focused, challenging class with a more controlled pace, designed to help ANYONE build real strength and confidence.

All leading up to our Summer Fest day (in July 🎉)!

Every other Tuesday at 6:45pm, we slow things down, get intentional and build the kind of strength and control that carries into everything else.

Big congrats to the athletes in our gym who qualified for the CrossFit Quarterfinals, finishing in the top 25% worldwide. Something to be proud of, for sure!!! ✨

4 workouts.
Thursday → Monday.
Grindy, challenging and going to test them in all the right ways.

We’ll get things started Thursday & Friday during the day (11am–2pm)ish, and Saturday also during the day (10:30am-3pm).

Heads up: Saturday conditioning class is cancelled so we can fit everything in (sorry ☹️). .

BUT if you’re around, come watch and cheer us on, it always means a lot to have the community behind!!

What a night!!!
26.1 brought the heat and this community brought even more! Legs may be sore (or completely dead 😅), but the effort and heart on that floor were incredible.

We’ve got two more weeks of the Open and our intramural showdown is only getting better…!!
