After 8 Years of running these challenges it's time for me to shift gears.
Personal Training has always been a passion of mine, and being able to help women on this scale has been the most incredible thing (probably in my entire human existence).
I've built this amazing business and brand and together,
we've built an even more amazing community.
When I started these challenges I was training maybe 36 women, over the years I've had as many as 490 in a single challenge (and yes, that was as wild as it sounds like it might be lol). BUT...
I've been able to witness women find themselves, their confidence their "bliss" over and over again. I feel so blessed to have these opportunities.
