After 8 Years of running these challenges it's time for me to shift gears.

Personal Training has always been a passion of mine, and being able to help women on this scale has been the most incredible thing (probably in my entire human existence).

I've built this amazing business and brand and together,
we've built an even more amazing community.

When I started these challenges I was training maybe 36 women, over the years I've had as many as 490 in a single challenge (and yes, that was as wild as it sounds like it might be lol). BUT...

I've been able to witness women find themselves, their confidence their "bliss" over and over again. I feel so blessed to have these opportunities.

The next Bikini Bliss Fitness Challenge will be THE FINAL ONE. But if you know me, you know I'm doing it right... with a Grand Prize to top all the grand prizes we've ever had.

It doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey, learning how to and taking care of your body is always a good idea. 🩷

What we consume matters, that we move our bodies matters, but the most beneficial thing that I’ve witnessed over the last 11 years; has been the self growth, mindset growth and desire to dig deeper into who we really are.

Health & Fitness is just the golden brick road into discovering who you are, and what you are truly capable of.

Grateful to everyone who has trusted me along their journey, and that collectively we’ve all created a safe space for women to become who they truly want to be. 🫶🏽

Babes who Bliss 👋💜

Someone told me that if you didn’t know me, you wouldn’t know what I did for a living…

And honestly, I was like oh damn… is too many pics of myself or do people not click the links in our bios? 🤔

Either way, here’s where 90% of my time goes… helping women who want to change their lives. 💪

It usually always starts out with a weight loss goal for almost everyone, but by the end of the 12 week program it’s always so much more.

It’s feeling good in your skin again.
It’s feeling stronger, physically and mentally.
It’s extra confidence, and sometimes it’s even the discovery of a passion for fitness.
It’s knowing not to buy into all the over complicated bu****it that the fitness industry lovesss pumping out.
It’s more energy for sh* you love.
It’s a healthier mindset, and mental clarity.
It’s breaking up with diet culture and extreme methods.
It’s habits that will exponentially better your life.

I could literally go on and on all day…
