Kelowna Karate and Fitness offers memberships to the whole family and people of all ages. Membership programs offered are in karate, yoga, athlete competitive classes, women’s self defence, and bag training. As a member, you will have the possibility to combine memberships in all programs. The variety of the different programs increases the member’s potential to succeed while being able to participate as a family or individually with convenient scheduled class times
