The switch is a great way to wrestle up or create back exposure from the closed guard when you are feeling trapped on the bottom. This is also a great move from half guard and butterfly guard as well.

Some of our classes that often don’t get talked about. Boxing is run every Tuesday and Thursday by Coach Blake to help round out our jiujitsu practices with our stand up.
