☀️ That’s a wrap on summer!

From new Bike Park trails to Music in the Mountains, Craft & Country, Dog Days, and our Long Table Seafood Boil, it was a season full of mountain memories.

This season also gave our mountain community an opportunity to give back. Together, we raised $805 for Paws it Forward Dog Rescue and $690 for MTBCO. Our culinary team also donated $1,000 worth of food products to the Central Okanagan Community Food Bank, helping stock its community kitchen and provide meals for people affected by the fires and others in need. 💛

Thank you to our team, local partners and everyone who spent part of their summer with us. See you back here in November! ❄️

Our Family Carnival was a blast! 🎪

Loose Moose had the best time handing out popcorn and candy floss, watching the amazing performers from Kinshira Entertainment, and bouncing into the fun on the bouncy castle.

Proof that the best view of Big White’s Dog Days had four paws 🐾

From pet passes and paw-print keepsakes to portraits by Summer Martens Art, it was a day made for the dogs.

Dog Days is taking over the Village Centre with an obstacle course, best dressed competition, paw-print keepsakes, pet passes and plenty of very good dogs to meet.

Bring your four-legged adventure buddy, cheer on the zoomies, and visit the Paws It Forward tent to meet dogs searching for their forever homes.

Our boss is away this weekend and asked us to create some new Big White content… how did we do?

Still thinking about last night’s Seafood Boil 🦞

What began as our annual Seafood Boil became much more than a long table dinner. An evening of great food, w**e, music, and community in support of our friends Ron and Tracy at Lightning Rock Winery from Summerland.

Due to the air quality, we moved the evening indoors, but with a room full of guests, it was still a truly special evening.

We're especially grateful to Ron and Tracy for being with us and are thinking of the entire Lightning Rock team, along with everyone affected by the ongoing wildfire situation in Summerland. ❤️
