I love teaching clients how to incorporate healthy habits and physical activity into their schedule. I believe that a little goes a long way and consistency is the key. I have been teaching Pilates for 20 years in a class & private setting. I use the principles of Pilates to analyze movement and determine areas of weakness and tightness in the body. I often get referrals from Doctors and Physiothe

rapists to help rehabilitate individuals with dysfunctional movement patterns, posture related ailments, core function, back pain & post-natal complications. I enjoy teaching Outdoor Fitness Classes 12 months of the year in the beautiful Okanagan. These classes include a variety of exercises using bands, weights, bosu, medicine balls etc. I offer my services to individuals & groups in their homes and online.

Many of us have lost loved ones to breast cancer. Maybe you know someone currently battling it or hopefully you know someone who is a SURVIVOR.

The National Breast Cancer Society is an important cause to me because my Mother Greta, is a breast cancer survivor. She is fabulous & at the age of 82, loves being social, playing cards with friends and is an avid reader. She always has a smile and a compliment to give others.

Unfortunately one of my dearest friends Maria, lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 56. She lived life to the fullest, playing sports, cooking, going to concerts and connecting new friends everywhere she went. I miss her so much.

Please cast a free vote for me, to help bring awareness to breast cancer. If you have been impacted like I have, you may wish to make a donation for the cause as well. You will receive a tax deductible receipt for your contribution.
