* **8 AM: 🏋️ Olympic Weightlifting** - Refine your snatches and clean & jerks with expert coaching!

* **9 AM: 👯 Partner Workout** - Grab a friend (or find one here!) and get ready for a fun, sweaty WOD.

* **10 AM: 🤸 Open Gym** - Stretch out, hit some accessory work, or practice a skill.

For the 5th year in a row, we’re giving back to single-parent families and families in need through Kelowna Community Resources, and we need YOUR help to make the biggest impact yet! Last year we raised $2965.00 👀 Can we beat it?!
