You were never meant to be anyone other than yourself.

Oprah puts it so beautifully, and that’s what I love about yoga. The moment we stop measuring ourselves against someone else’s journey is the moment we actually start living our own.

Someone’s physical practice can literally be an inspiration rather than something you compare yourself to. And when you just let yourself show up as you are, you never know who you’re inspiring without even realizing it.

That’s the whole point. You are enough, exactly as you are. 🫶🏼

I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve been chosen as the Yoga Ambassador for lululemon Kelowna! 🧘‍♀️💕

It’s been over a decade of working with this amazing brand, both directly and indirectly, and I’m just so grateful for all the personal development opportunities lululemon has given me. This journey has been nothing short of incredible.
