Yoga on the Mountain ~ Fall Series!

When I first visited the Okanagan two years ago I had a dream to guide yoga on a mountain here. Yesterday it came true! Thank you to the beautiful souls who helped make this dream come alive! We hiked, we flowed, we grounded and we connected! There is still space for one more to make a beautiful group of eight! ONE SPOT Left! Yoga on the Mountain ~ Fall Series! 🌳🧘‍♀️

Tie up your laces on your favourite runners or hikers and join me for a wonderful experience! We will meet in the parking lot at Knox Mountain at 8:20am and begin our walk up at 8:30am sharp. We will make our way to a secluded spot with breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Okanagan. We will settle onto our mats as I guide you through an empowering, grounding and inspiring flow in this serene setting.

Tie up your laces on your favourite runners or hikers and join me for a wonderful experience! We will meet in the parking lot at Knox Mountain at 8:20am and begin our walk up at 8:30am sharp.
